Liz has successfully executed search assignments for lateral partners and groups, general counsel, counsel, and associates on behalf of Am Law 100 and 200 firms, regional and boutique law firms, and corporate law departments in Washington, DC and throughout the United States.  Additionally, she has established branch offices for out of town law firms in Washington, DC and opened offices for national and regional law firms in other cities. She has assisted national, regional and boutique law firms and corporate law departments in acquiring lateral partners and groups, general counsel and counsel, as well as associates in a variety of practice disciplines.

Liz is a founding member and served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants. Prior to entering the legal recruiting field, she was the Washington, DC Area Manager of a national technical recruiting company, the recruiting officer of a major national company and a consultant at a preeminent career consulting company.

Ayda specializes in placing lateral partners and groups in top Am Law 100 and 200 firms as well as regional and boutique law firms nationwide and in many disciplines. Ayda has over 16 years of recruitment experience and a proven track record of establishing credibility and building solid cohesive relationships with both clients and candidates.

Prior to entering the legal recruitment field, Ayda was an international recruiting manager for multi-million dollar proposals for various US government agencies including USAID, DOD, and DOJ. She also has years of technical experience recruiting adjunct and full time professors with PhD and doctoral degrees for a major state university.

Barry has placed partners, counsel and associates in Am Law 100 and 200 firms as well as regional and boutique law firms. He is an effective facilitator who forms trusting relationships with both clients and candidates, resulting in highly successful placements.

Barry was previously engaged in technical recruiting for telecommunications, financial services and IT candidates for major government contractors.

Emily Stillions is the operations manager at North Power & Partners, providing a wide range of skills to help support our recruiters, including organization, research, and technical/media expertise. With 20 years of administrative and retail experience, Emily has an eye for detail and design to complete projects while being of service and offering helpful insights. Emily volunteers her time coordinating live global calls in 15 different languages. She also co-leads a local discussion group for empowering women and has over 10 years of leadership training.
